Differences exist with regard to management methods and products. Although new business methods are more easily accepted than they would have been several years ago, implementing a new vision or substantially changing an existing business method usually requires some proof of prior success that it will work. Europeans are not used to accepting and subsequently dropping methods. Rather, they consider this a form of instability or lack of a long-term direction.
Europan countries in general have a reputation of heavily imposing taxes. However, depending on your business, the regions it operates and many more factors, actual taxes mayu be lower than in the U.S.
It may even be possible to strike a deal with the tax collector to lower the tax bill for a longer period.
